Loyalty Card Terms & Conditions

Thank you for using my service and picking up your new loyalty card.  Please find below the terms and conditions for its use:

  • For every paid for appointment, the customer will earn one stamp on their loyalty card.

  • Only initial consultations and one hour follow-up sessions will count towards the loyalty card savings.

  • The free appointment must be a one-hour follow-up session

  • If the majority of the five paid for appointments take place in-clinic, then the free session must be in-clinic also, unless the client is willing to make up the difference in price.  If the majority of the five previous sessions take place in a mobile capacity, then the free session can be mobile or in-clinic, at the patient's discretion.

  • The loyalty card must be filled up, and the free sixth appointment must be redeemed within one year from the date of the date of issue.

  • The card can only be used by a single person, and cannot be shared between multiple persons.

  • If the client cancels an appointment at short notice (see my cancellation policy), or they do a 'no show', then this will invalidate the current card, unless the fee for the missed appointment is paid in full.

  • Covid guarantee - In the event of another Coronavirus lockdown which results in my service not being able to operate as normal, the time limit on the card will be frozen until my services resume again in full e.g. following a one month lockdown, an extra month will be added to the original expiry date.
